COMPETITORS ANNOUNCED FOR NEW STYLE
BRITISH FIREWORK CHAMPIONSHIPS

July 2007

The competitors for the 2007 British Firework Championships, to be held again in Plymouth, on 14th & 15th August, have been announced.

This year's firing order is:

Tuesday 14th August
Tunbridge Wells Fireworks (the 2005 reserve)
Scottish Champions (Blast Design Fireworks/Fireworx Scotland/The Midnight Storm Firework Company)
Welsh Champions (Celebration Fireworks/Pendragon Fireworks/Westcoast Fireworks)

Wednesday 15th August
Viking Fireworks
1st Galaxy Fireworks
Selstar Fireworks

The event is being expanded in 2007 and organisers, The Event Services Association (TESA), have announced the launch of both the Welsh National Firework Championships and the Scottish National Firework Championships both of which will form heats for the Plymouth event.

The Scottish National Firework Championships will be held at Perth Racecourse on 26th May 2007; The Welsh National Firework Championships will take place at Chepstow Racecourse on 5th May 2007.
